iBank Travel Management is a web-based management reporting service designed to address the needs of the corporation seeking to better manage travel expenditures and increase productivity. Since it is a web-based reporting tool, reports and information can be retrieved and viewed from any computer that has access to the Internet.
Once the data is received by the iBank server during the reservation process, the information is loaded into the Sterling Travel database and is immediately available for up to the minute reporting from the World Wide Web twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week around the world.
Pre-Travel — Captures travel reservation information from Sterling Travel's Worldspan booking engin allowing access to pre-travel management reporting up to 365 days in advance of actual travel. With Pre-Travel, iBank clients have access to over fifty pre-designed management reports along with a very powerful yet easy to use custom reporting tool.
Post-Travel — Captures travel reservation information directly from Sterling Travel's TRAMS backroom accounting system. With Post-Travel, clients have access to over fifty pre-designed management reports along with a very powerful yet easy to use custom reporting tool.
Broadcast Report Scheduler — This module allows you and/or Sterling Travel to deliver standard and custom reports and graphics to you on a specified date and time. iBank will automatically run the reports for you and your other recipients and store the reports until you or they retrieve them. Once the reports are completed, iBank sends an automated e-mail to you with all of the HTML links to the reports.
