Our management team is empowered to ensure that each corporate customer receives the services and benefits committed through our relationship, as well as continually identify new innovation and technology to enhance the business travel budget, while providing our customers the best in service. Each corporate customer received the following services from the Sterling Travel management team:
- Overseeing all elements of program implementation
- Effectively managing the overall partnership with each corporate customer
- Reviewing periodic travel and financial reports with each customer
- Conducting a comprehensive analysis of each client’s travel patterns, providing feedback, guidance and recommendations
- Coordinating special negotiation efforts with vendors
- Conducting travel seminars for corporate travelers and travel arrangers to acquaint them with products, services and industry changes
- Presenting periodic updates and/or formal account reviews to our customers regarding Sterling Travel’s program successes and achievements
